This two-part training helps staff better understand and support people with learning disabilities and autism.<\/p>\n<h2>The Care Certificate<\/h2>\n<p>The Care Certificate is a set of 15 standards that all new care workers in England must complete as part of their induction. The Care Certificate was updated in March 2025 to include new content on mental health, learning disabilities, and autism.
