Our journey began in 2017 when we launched Care Documents, providing policies and consultancy services to care providers navigating increasingly complex compliance requirements. In 2020, we evolved into Cloudoc—a focused policy and procedures platform built for care providers who were tired of managing compliance documents manually.
Our customers taught us what mattered most. As they expanded to new regions and launched different types of services, they asked us to grow with them. We listened carefully, hired domain experts, and built increasingly comprehensive policy libraries tailored to each sector.
In 2024, those same customers asked for something more—the ability to connect policy with daily care operations. We answered that call by building a complete care management platform, launching adult services features in 2025. Today, we're integrating AI across the system and preparing to launch children's care management in 2026.
